2018 was an amazing year for science fiction movies including A Quiet Place, Annihilation, Venom, and Avengers: Infinity War but what about 2019. 1. Serenity
Serenity is a film with the cast Djimon Hounsou, Anne Hathaway and Matthew McConaughey. It is the thriller mystery with a little bit of drama with the touch of Sci-fi. It is on the list because of the story that hits. The overall expenditure of the movie was $25 million. But the movie did not match the expected, but still, the film has collected 14 million made in the box office, which is enough. Although according to the expectation, it is not satisfactory. Even the twist, in the end, is not enough to keep the audience remain seated.
2. Daniel Isn’t Real
The movie directed by Patrick Schwarzenegger casting Arnold Schwarzenegger that collected just above $10,000 was about the man who faces the shocking event and visualizes his imaginary friend that leads to confusion. The issue is that it sounds like Drop Dead Fred. We thought the film is entirely independent, which is not at all easy to create, but it is that amount because of indie type. Shockingly, he did not receive anything with a well-known family, which can be the strategy.

The film replicas are starring Thomas Middleditch, Alice Eve and Keanu Reeves. The movie didn’t do that bad at the box office, but it was presented way better than it has done. The plot sounds interesting. It is about the scientist who lost his family in the accident, and he tries to figure out to bring them back in different ways. The budget of the film was $30 million, and it just made $9 million. But we should not forget that it was launched in 18 markets only for the movie with this amount of budget. It is the biggest factor which is why the film did not do well.
5. Captive State
Most of the audience didn’t hear about this film which is the biggest factor why the film has flopped. The movie has cast John Goodman and Vera Farmiga, which is about the world that is captured by the extraterrestrials for about 10 years and they have to make a decision that they want to sit or rise. The budget of the movie was $25 million, and the film was bombed at the box office. It collected $5,958,315 at the opening of the weekend domestically, it made $2,814,497internationally and made $8,772,812 worldwide. This is the roughest of all as the film cast Machine Gun Kelly.
