How to Download Yahoo Group Data

Yahoo is one of the most popular destinations for its users to chat with people online. It has given amusements and a platform to express their thoughts with someone else. Searching and Restoring the Group Data Stored on Yahoo 
  1. First of all, hit the “Yahoo” app to launch.
  2. After that, tap the “Sign In” button.
  3. Now, navigate to the privacy dashboard. You may need to log in again to your account.
  4. Go to the “Your Products” tab and then hit the “Groups” tab.
  5. Now you will see the total list of your Yahoo related groups.
  6. Next, hit the menu tab located on the top-right edge of your screen.
  7. Choose the option that reads “Groups Download Manager”.
  8. Now the download manager will open. Here you will be prompted to enter your email address and passcode.
  9. After that, you will receive a confirmation mail from Yahoo as the acknowledgment regarding your request.
  10. Then wait until the function proceeds. You may go back from your mail and delete the particular request.
Downloading Images and Other Files
Follow the provided steps if you wish to download your photos and other image files:
  1. First of all, tap on the “Yahoo” application to expand it on your device.
  2. Then you have to hit the “Yahoo Groups” page there.
  3. Now, tap on the group that holds your desired images and other files.
  4. Go to the uppermost portion of the page and then hit the menu tab. 
  5. If you wish to restore your images, then hit the “Photos” option. You may use the box that reads “Show results only from my photos”.
  6. Now put your mouse pointer over the desired image and then go to the bottom-right edge and hit the download tab.
  7. If you wish to download other files, then tap on the “Files” tab located on the top menu button.
  8. Here, you will see the proper list of the currently available files related to your group. 
  9. Now choose your desired one and then hit download.
