  4. Now it will open a file directory in the File Explorer. You need to find the Cache folder there. 
  5. Once you find it, delete all the files it contains. 
Solution 6: Re-Registering Windows Store

  1. Go to the Start menu. 
  2. Search for PowerShell and then open PowerShell as an administrator. 
  3. Enter the “Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)AppXManifest.xml”}” command in the PowerShell window. You can copy and paste this command for more accuracy and speed.
