How to Share Episodes in Podcasts?

Not many know that they can share the link to their favorite podcast episode straight from their iPhone’s Podcasts app. Users can choose where they want to share the episode too. Isn’t this exciting? If you have recently listened to a thrilling podcast and want to share it with your best friend, then read on.
Share a Show in the Library
If you want to share a show in the library, then you need to follow the instructions given below.
  • First of all, you have to open the Podcasts on your device.
  • Then you should select the Library.
  • You have to choose a podcast you would like to share.
  • You should tap on the horizontal ellipsis menu icon.
  • Go to the Share option to show the iOS Share Sheet.
  • Now, locate the action or application you would like to share the show with, & give it a tap.
Share a Particular Episode
You need to share a particular episode, follow the steps mentioned below.
  • Get started by going to the Podcasts on your device.
  • Then you should select the Library.
  • Locate a podcast you would like to share an episode from.
  • Thereafter go to the episode to begin playing it.
  • During it’s playing, see the Now Playing display.
  • Later, you have to go to the horizontal ellipsis menu icon.
  • Now, choose Share Episode.
Share a Show or Episode During Browsing
If you want to share a show or episode during browsing, then you need to follow the instructions given below.
  • To get started, unlock the Podcasts on your device.
  • Then you should go to the Browse option.
  • You have to check out via the featured carousel, or peruse via the Features, Top Charts, All Categories, or Featured Providers sections.
  • Thereafter locate a show & select it to navigate to the show information page.
  • Later, you should select the horizontal ellipsis menu icon.
  • Now, go to the menu section & choose the Share option to comes the iOS Share Sheet.
  • If you want to the individual episode, then go to the Details link.
  • If you are using a device that supports 3D Touch, tap on the episode you would like to share.
  • Now, you have to tap on Share Episode.
