1. Launch the antivirus using the McAfee desktop icon.
2. Hit the Scan button. 
3. Choose the “Full Scan” option to find all Trojans located in your drive. Quick Scan only identifies threats on your system drive, but the Full Scan checks the whole device.  
4. Now hit the “Start” option appearing on the screen after choosing the Full Scan option.
5. Now, wait till the scan completes. Please don’t stop or pause the scanning process as it can result in missing some viruses in your device. 
6. Once the scan is completed, go to the “Scan completed” option by doing a double click on it. Then navigate to “Details.”
7. Now tap the “Viruses and Trojans” option to see the detected Trojans on your device. 
8. Hit the “Remove All” button to delete them completely.

1. Go to “McAfee Virus Removal Tools” in your web browser and the link can be found in the resources. 
2. McAfee is providing details about some unique viruses which are hard to remove even with a good antivirus. On that page, you will see several names of viruses and some tools to remove them. So firstly recognize the Trojan name that is infecting your device.
3. Now select the Trojan name on the “McAfee Virus Removal tools” page that your device has.  
4. After clicking the virus name, hit either “Download Now” and “Download The Latest Version of This Tool” of the options. Don’t forget to click the “save file’ option.
5. Try to save the tool to your desktop. Then navigate to the “Control Panel” on your device. Now go to “System and Security’ and then press the “System” option.
6. Head to the “System Protection” option. After that, go to “Configure” and choose the “Turn off system protection” option. Now tap ‘Ok.’
7. Now open the downloaded virus removal tool located on your desktop.
8. Now tap the “Preferences” option and choose the areas of your device that you want to scan. We recommend you to select all of the parts of your device for the virus scan. Hit the Ok button
9. Press the “Start” or “Scan Now” option. Now you can grab a cup of coffee till the scan ends. You will be notified if any threat is   found on your device. The tool will delete the virus and its supporting files by itself.  

After that, your computer will be all safe, and you will be able to re-enable the System Protection.
