How To Backup Android Contacts To Google?

Luckily, if you have an Android device, then Google will be able to back up your contacts by itself, including the application data, and call history. This is enabled by default. Whenever you sign in to Google account on your other newly bought smartphone, it shall synchronize the files by itself. To be on the safe side, if you wish to manually sync the contacts or send them to a different folder, then you need to upload it to Google by yourself.
1. Firstly, visit the Settings of your phone.
2. Then, press on Accounts.
3. After that, observe whether you have many accounts or not. Then, click on the one you wish to update.
4. Next, press on Account synchronization.
5. Then, press on More.
6. After that, press on Synchronization now.
With the help of the contacts saved on your system’s hard drive or else the sim card, you can send it in to a vcf file. This shall allow its user to get those particular contacts to the newly bought smartphone of yours.
1. Firstly, go to the Contacts application of your smartphone android.
2. Then, press on Menu.
3. After that, press on Settings.
4. Next, click on Export.
5. See whether you have many accounts or not. If you have many accounts, then select the one that you wish to send your contacts from.
6. Then, press Save for downloading the vcf file.
7. After you get the file, you need to keep it in a secure place. For instance,
● In removable storage such as the sim card or a memory card
● In the cloud by services such as Google Drive or Gmail.
Follow the given below steps carefully for uploading saved .vcf file to the newly bought smartphone of yours.
1. Firstly, go to the Contacts application.
2. Then, press on Settings.
3. After that, click on Import.
4. Next, press on .vcf file.
5. Then, go to Downloads manager.
6. After that, press on the symbol of the Menu.
7. Next, go to the location wherever you have saved the file.
8. Note that after you press the vcf file the Google by itself shall be able to get the data to the smartphone.
