Riverdale Season 4: Release Date Revealed

Riverdale is one of Netflix’s most well-known teen drama series, and now the series is set to return with its fourth installment. KJ Apa playing Archie Andrews is set to return in two months with the rest of the Riverdale cast.
It was recently announced with a hilarious Twitter post. It will either be available on Netflix or The CW network. The tweet concluded that the show would return weekly from 10 October. No idea about what will happen but pretty confident that Archie is going to take leave from his shift to fight a bear or something, I do not know.
Another tweet added that new episodes would be available every Thursday from thereon. People in the UK will be able to watch it one day later it releases in the US. The show will be missing Luke Perry who was playing Archie’s father Fred, since his tragic death.
52-year-old Luke tragically died from a stroke in March this year. The show will be paying respect to Luke in a special episode. KJ said that the filming of the episode was emotional and that it is going to be a beautiful episode. He went on to add that he is super excited to show people and acknowledge the good job they have done for Luke.
There is no explanation revealed yet as to how his absence will be explained in the show. It was revealed by the show creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasca, that the first episode of the season would be a tribute to Luke, in his memory.
He posted a picture of season’s finished script on his Instagram saying that this was probably the most significant episode of the series. It is a tribute to our late friend. Thankful about the chance to honor Fred and Luke.
With the main cast members making a return for the latest installment, there will also be a new face amongst them. The show is about to get a new principal which will be named Mr. Honey.
Kerr Smith is going to play the role of Mr. honey after Principal Weatherbee played by Peter Bryant departed. Character’s bio suggested that you should not mess with him.
It goes on to read that he is a tiny bit of a hard-a** who is going to take a rough line with the students this semester, the seniors especially. The news of the tribute episode and the coming of new Principal has definitely added to the hype of the upcoming season.
