  2. Enter “ncpa.cpl” on the Run dialog box and then hit the Enter key.
  3. There you will find the network adapter that is currently in use. Right-click on it and then click on Properties. (the adapter will have green signals)
  4. After that, select the “Configuration” option and then go to the Advanced tab.
  5. Under the “Property” section, you will find a list of properties, and there you have to tap on the “Speed and Duplex.”
  6. Under the “Value” section, choose the “1.0 GBPS Full Duplex.”
  7. If there is no 1.0 GBPS option available in the Value section, that means that your router or network adapter aren’t supported with 1 GBPS speed.
If your router and Wi-Fi adapter both support 1 GBPS speed, then the problem could be the software.
Fix 2: Upgrading the Software
