How to Convert a Word Document to JPEG

Microsoft Word is the most famous text editor at present. You can use it on both the Windows and Mac computers. It can convert a Word document to JPEG and also any other image file format. Here are the easy steps listed below to convert your documents into JPEG format.
Steps to Convert a Word Document to JPEG on Your Windows PC
•    Paste Special Route
1.    Open the Microsoft Word.
2.    Find the file which includes a text or image which you want to convert as JPEG.
3.    Go to the File.
4.    After that, choose the content which you want to convert.
5.    If you’re going to store all the documents,  then click on the Control and A keys together on the system keyboard.
6.    Go to a new word document.
7.    Press on the arrow given below the Paste option.
8.    You will get this option by going to the pull-down list.
9.    After that, press on the arrow given below the Paste option.
10.    This option is provided under the File option located in the Main menu.
11.    Click on the Paste Special button by going to the pull-down list.
12.    After that, choose the Picture format by going to the pull-down list.
13.    Checkmark the Paste radio option.
14.    Press on the Ok option.
15.    The selected item will get pasted on a new Word document as an image.
16.    After that, right click on that image.
17.    Click on the Save as Picture button by going to the pull-down list.
18.    Choose the folder where you want to store the file.
19.    Give a title to the file.
20.    Choose the interchange Format of the JPEG file.
21.    Press on the Save option.
•    PDF Route
1.    Click on the Microsoft Word.
2.    Press on the File option.
3.    Find the file which you want to change into PDF.
4.    After opening the Word document, press on the File option.
5.    Press on the Save As button located in the menu provided on the left-hand corner of the screen.
6.    Choose the folder where you wish to store the PDF file.
7.    Give a name to that file.
8.    Choose the PDF format by going to the Save as type pull-down list.
9.    Press on the Save option.
Steps to Convert a Word Document on Your Mac
•    Open the Microsoft Word.
•    Find the Word document you wish to turn into the JPEG.
•    After that open that document.
•    Press on the File option located in the Main window.
•    Press on the Save As button by going to the pull-down list.
•    Find the folder where you wish to save the PDF file.
•    Provide a title to that new folder.
•    Choose the PDF format by going to the pull-down list.
•    Press on the Save option.
•    Find the PDF file.
•    Press on the PDF file.
•    Press on the File option.
•    Press on the Open with button located in the pull-down list.
•    Press on the Preview option located in the side menu.
•    After opening the Preview option, press on the File option.
•    Press on the Export button.
•    Find the folder where you want to save the image file.
•    Give a title to that image file.
•    Choose the JPEG format from the pull-down list.
•    Press on the Save option.
